My work with clients focuses on re-igniting the connection between our bodies, minds, and the ways we nourish ourselves. Removing judgment of “good” and bad” from food frees us to listen to what our bodies need in any given moment. As you move towards a mindfulness approach with eating, it will carry over to other areas of your life in a positive way. Allow exercise and movement to be enjoyable and energizing, not dreaded chores to check off your to-do list. Once you become more attuned to your body’s needs, movement and eating become joyful rituals rather than stressful and guilt-ridden experiences.
My goal is to help people develop happier, healthier relationships with their bodies through the foods and activities that nourish them. Together, we can discover a healthier way to think about and experience food, without the restrictive diets and calorie counting!
